Photos made it look bigger than it was. Beds for 8 (4 doubles) but comfortable seating only for 4/6 plus wooden bench not comfy. However it suited our needs due to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Nicely decorated and nice garden. Good location for Bude area.

The cottage was really lovely. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us, both in the cottage and in the garden. It was a pity the weather didn't allow us to take advantage of the lovely outdoor space but never mind. Maybe we will get chance on another occasion. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, offering just the right amount of attention, for me. We would certainly visit again!

Cottage location was excellent as a base. We were travelling as a family of 5 with a small dog. Chose this accommodation as identified secure outside area so our dog could be let out but unfortunately this was not the case so had to keep our dog on a lead in garden which was disappointing. Also would be good for fence around pond for safety. Cottage could be so much more if more attention to detail. Update summer house and seating, put seats on balcony and just a really good deep clean and replacement of plates/cups and general equipment. Luckily we brought our own toilet rolls as only provided 1 in each toilet and brought own essential such as washing up liquid etc as very little provided. Owner was very responsive to our queries as the tv upstairs was not working and was promptly replaced within a couple of days. Live TV not available which would be useful for this to be advertised. We knew we would need own login for Netflix.

Spacious accommodation, perfectly situated for the beaches, Bude and exploring beautiful Cornwall. Plenty of parking, we brought 3 large cars and all fitted in. There is a large garden area which is great for playing games and also for the dogs. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and it is lovely and quiet at night. Nice showers and plenty of hot water. The owners live in the cottage nextdoors and are very approachable and helpful.

Despite the awful British summer this year we were warm and cosy in the Big Barn. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water, excellent smart TV with everything we needed (you'll need to log on with your own subscriptions to things like Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC etc), good equipment such as the induction hob and dishwasher. Showers excellent and good storage in each bedroom. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient but in a quiet hamlet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
